We've been using for 2 months now and I'm happy to have the options not often available on a 30" fridge. I loved my former Samsung 33" but needed a 30" when we moved. After a little organizing, everything I need to get in fits fine in the fridge and the freezer. Also love the slick white finish - no fingerprints!
We did have service on the water dispenser after a month--the fridge was too cold and the reservoir froze solid. Our local technician fixed it and no more problems.
Only negative is the produce bins that do not close/seal properly. The drawers are rimless and never square up when closed--whether full of produce or empty. Perhaps Whirlpool can replace or redesign?

I bought this because it fit in my space. I miss not having crushed ice and opening the freezer every time you need ice is not cool. Also you waste space with the way the doors close and the inside of the refrigerator

Looks good in my kitchen and is very sleek looking since the opening is only 31 inches wide. My husband is happy with the ice maker / water dispenser but was hoping for an ice crusher also but it wasn't available in the 30" wide white refrigerators.

We bought it a few weeks ago to replace a Samsung that had mold growing in it.
The old refrigerator we had the ice maker replaced and it never worked right. We are hoping that this works better.

I've only had this product for a short time not, so far, I am more than satisfied. If there is one thing I'm a bit concerned about it's the gauge of the material for the freezer drawer. It seems a bit flimsy andI'm not sure it will stand up for the long haul.

The main problem we had in finding a new refrigerator was the size. Our home was built in 1963 so the space for the refrigerator was small. We really wanted one that had the freezer on the bottom. The French doors would have been a bonus but we found all of what we wanted in this one. Fits perfect in the space we had width-wise with 3/4 of an inch to spare for the height! Also really like the water dispenser on the door but the ice in the freezer drawer! It's been so much easier for my parents to get their stuff without bending down and they use the water dispenser often. Had to order the white but it was worth the wait!

Delivered on July 5th, 2019. Same measurements as my previous refrigerator, but every thing with this seems smaller. (Inside refrigerator section, and the freezer section.) Shelving space too small for large items, like pitchers of lemonade,tea, etc. Ice maker is noisy. I purchased it through my appliance store, after reading the positive reviews on this website. Smudges on the finish where the water spigot is, and also at top of left hand door. Thought they would come off with a little soap and water, but not so. Back of the unit, where the tubing is located, I discovered silver duct tape around two of the tubes. What's with the duct tape???? Tomorrow, Monday, I will go in to speak with my appliance salesman. Maybe just to vent a little. Wish I could do a "do over" on this and find another brand much to my liking.

Bought this 3 weeks ago. Models are very limited if you need a 30 inch refrigerator and if you need one in white. This one fits the bill. Modern looking, lots of room inside, ice in the drawer instead of the door is a great feature.

I was really forced to buy this refrigerator due to it's size as it was just about the only one that fit our space. My only complaint is that you just can't store tall bottles very easily...and if I remove a shelf then I lose a lot of space.

I bought this Refrigerator for my primary house. The refrigerator is so nice and reliable that my daughter bought one for her house. I needed a new refrigerator for my shore home so I bought one for there also. Love that the freezer has two compartments, and a water filter for the ice maker and water dispenser in the door.

I am very happy with the shelves, size and set up of the refrigerator, but its noisy and loud. The bottom drawer in the fridge is poor design top self is getting stuck difficult to slide, we have greased it. The door has to be pushed hard to close. My other problem is I expected the water to be cold out of dispenser, what is the point of paying extra. I do love the lighting inside!

The reason that I chose this particular model is because I have a very small kitchen, so small that it is difficult to open the door of a regular refrigerator. This model replaced a side by side that had limitations as well. With this model I can store a sheet cake or pan of lasagna and still shut the door. And it is very easy to see what you have inside without having to bend down to look.

I believed that both ice and water could be retrieved on the door but only water is in the door, and it is at faucet temperature (not cooled). Its cools and freezes OK, even though I had to turn the refrigerator to 4 stars (you would think that for $1600, it would show the temperatures).
